At KeepSafe Porch, our products are made with care through trusted print-on-demand fulfillment partners.

Please review our shipping information before placing your order.

1. Processing & Production

Many of our products are personalized or made to order and are manufactured after a purchase is placed.

Production times vary depending on the product, customization requirements, supplier availability, and order volume.

Business days generally exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

Product-specific processing estimates, where available, are provided on the applicable product page or during checkout.

Production time is separate from shipping transit time.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs may vary based on:

• Product type, weight, and dimensions

• Shipping destination

• Selected delivery method

• Fulfillment location

• Number of items or packages

Applicable shipping charges are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

3. Estimated Delivery

Delivery estimates depend on production time, carrier transit time, and destination.

Because different products may be fulfilled by different manufacturing partners, items from the same order may arrive in separate packages.

Any shipping or delivery estimates provided are subject to applicable consumer-protection laws and the shipping commitments made at the time of purchase.

4. Tracking Information

When tracking becomes available, customers will generally receive shipment information through the email address provided at checkout.

Please allow time for the shipping carrier to update tracking information after receiving the package.

5. Shipping Delays

Production or delivery may be affected by supplier availability, weather conditions, carrier operations, holidays, or other circumstances.

If we cannot ship your order within the promised shipping timeframe, we will provide the required notice and applicable options to consent to a delay or cancel for a refund, in accordance with applicable law.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

If you discover an address error, contact us immediately.

We will attempt to make corrections before shipment when possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once production or shipping has begun.

Additional shipping charges may apply if reshipment becomes necessary because of an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Refunds or replacements for customer-provided address errors are not guaranteed, except where required by law.

7. Lost, Missing, or Undelivered Packages

If your package is delayed, missing, or marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact our customer-service team.

We will review available tracking information and work with the fulfillment partner or carrier to investigate.

Depending on the investigation and applicable law, an appropriate remedy may include replacement, refund, or voluntarily accepted store credit.

Store credit will not replace a refund when a refund is legally required.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

Please report damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled items within 7 calendar days of delivery to help us investigate promptly.

Contact support@keepsafeporch.com and provide:

• Full name on the order

• Order number

• Description of the issue

• Photographs of the product and packaging, when available

We will review the issue under our Return & Refund Policy.

The reporting timeframe does not limit consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

9. International Shipping

International shipping is available only to destinations supported at checkout.

Where applicable, customs duties, import taxes, or other import charges may be the customer's responsibility, subject to applicable law and checkout disclosures.
