Many products are manufactured specifically for customers after an order is placed through third-party print-on-demand fulfillment partners.

Product availability, materials, dimensions, and manufacturing methods may vary by item.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate descriptions, images, and specifications.

Minor variations in color, positioning, or appearance may occur due to manufacturing processes and differences between digital displays and physical products. These variations do not excuse material defects or products that materially differ from their descriptions or approved designs.

3. Customer Personalization and Approval

KeepSafe Porch offers personalized and made-to-order products. Customers are responsible for reviewing all customization details before completing their purchase, including:

Once an order enters production, changes or cancellations are generally not permitted, except where required by law.

Personalized and made-to-order products are generally final sale once production begins.

We do not offer discretionary returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, customer-entered personalization errors, or incorrect sizes selected by the customer.

5. Order Cancellations and Modifications

Orders may be submitted for production immediately after purchase.

Once an order enters production, cancellation or modification is generally unavailable, except where required by law.

Requests submitted before production begins may be considered but cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellation rights required by applicable law remain unaffected.

6. Prices, Payments, and Order Acceptance

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on our website.

Customers retain ownership of their original submitted content.

KeepSafe Porch will not use identifiable customer-submitted photographs, handwriting, or personalized materials for public advertising without appropriate permission or another valid legal basis.
